The Precision Measurement Workshop was held at Pukyong National University in Busan from March 26 to 28, 2025.
This workshop brought together measurement experts from various fields to share research results and discuss the latest measurement technologies and industry trends, making it a meaningful event. At this event, three Ph.D. researchers from Meterlab, Inc. were invited to give presentations. The presentation topics were as follows:
•Real-time thin-film thickness measurement deep-learning algorithm considering process environments
• Real-time surface profile measurement technology using high-resolution hyperspectral techniques
• Real-time multi-channel process inspection technology using high-resolution hyperspectral techniques
